Sam Beckett will compete in the Vert Comp. and Ben Grove will be competing in the Street Course Comp.
Sam Beckett is the 2008 LG Amateur Action Sports World Champion in halfpipe skateboarding. This is no mean feat for a guy aged 16 with only a handful of years skating under his belt.
Sam is from Norfolk and is one of the UK's top new school halfpipe skaters. He has competed in the Amateur X Games 2008. Sam is set to be a big star in the future!
Ben Grove is one of the UK's most accomplished street riders and should be throwing down some stunning moves on the street course. He is ranked the favourite for the Street Comp.
